Reception Musicians!

Image
It has been fantastic to see all the children’s hard work by creating their own musical instruments over the holidays! The children loved talking about their instruments and could discuss how and why they were made. I think we have some budding musicians in the making!  We explored the different sounds each instrument made and made our own songs together!

Woodland Wonder

They applied the knowledge they have been aquiring during our woodland topic and used the 'wow words' we have learnt, such as nocturnal.

The children have been creative in the outdoors! From dens to fairy houses the children have been using available resources to assemble, join and shape materials. The children constructed with a purpose in mind and worked collaboratively to create their master pieces.
