This week we have a busy week ahead in Robin class.... In phonics we we be learning the new sounds f and b .. the children have been impressing us with their segmenting and blending skills. Click HERE to play a phonics game to help your child practise blending sounds into words.    We will be focusing on 2d and 3d shapes in Maths. Naming and describing the properties of those shapes. Ask your child what shapes they can find in the environment. The children are excited to perform their Christmas songs on Tuesday 9:45am and Wednesday 2pm. Please click the link on the Whatsapp to confirm which performance you would like to attend. Thursday 19th is Christmas jumper day and Robin class Christmas Party.  

Following their visit to the shop to buy the ingredients children had a great time baking bread. They carefully worked together to measure out the ingredients, combine them to make a dough and knead the dough. The children worked hard to knead the dough and waited patiently for it to rise and the bake. They were very proud to take home their own bread roll!

Christmas is on its way in Robin Class.... The children have been practicing their wrapping and cutting skills for all their presents.  Our Christmas cards are being painted.. can you guess what they will be? Last of all, our school Elf (Flash) has arrived and is already causing mischief! Where will he be tomorrow?
