This half term, Reception are learning all about keeping healthy. Reception were very lucky to have a Radiologist visit this week.  The children were able to ask questions about what a Radiologist is and how they help people. The children learned all about x-rays and different parts of the body.  The children had the opportunity to look at some X-rays and ask some questions.

Hesketh Farm

We had a fantastic day in the sunshine at Hesketh Farm. The children had lots of opportunities to enjoy farming activities such as making milk for calves, feeding calves, collecting eggs from the chicken coop, having a tractor ride through the fields, taking care of guinea pigs and a paddock walk to meet more animals.  We can’t wait to write about our experiences next week!  Ask your child about what they did during their time at the farm.
