Busy Bees!
We’ve had a busy week in Robin Class! Our number of the week is 8 and the children have loved matching numerals to quantities, finding 1 more and 1 less and beginning with addition and subtraction. In Phonics, we’ve moved onto Phase 3 In Letters and Sounds and have learnt the sounds ‘j’ and ‘v’ this week. Encourage your children to write labels or captions for their beautiful pictures or their creations.
In provision, the children are showing their imagination by creating dinosaur houses, lunchboxes, role playing as princesses, shop keepers and much more! Have a look at our learning below:
