This week we continue to focus on segmenting and blending our sounds to write new sentences and captions. We have been learning digraphs e.g. ch, oa, oo and recognising them in words. Search them on YouTube there are lots of exciting videos.
In maths, we have been learning 2D and 3D shapes, their properties and comparing different lengths and heights. For number, the children are developing their awareness of odd and even numbers and doubling and halving amounts.
