Our learning this week

Image
This week in Phonics we are learning the trigraph ‘ure’ as in the word ‘pure’ and the digraph ‘er’ as in the word ‘flower’. We continue to encourage the children to write in all areas of their learning.  In maths, 12 is still our number of the week. We continue to build our reasoning skills to ask questions and enquire about our learning.  In literacy, we are moving onto the Three Billy Goats Gruff. Invite your child to retell the story through actions that we have learnt In school.

Amazing half term homework

We are very impressed with the children’s brilliant  half term homework . They were very eager to talk about the insect they had made and the other children listened intently. We can’t wait to make a display with all the fabulous insects, pictures and writing.

What a Wonderful World.
