Science and English - all about plants and trees.

This week our story of the week has been ‘it starts with a seed’. This is a lovely story about the life cycle of a tree. We have learnt the different parts of a tree including trunk, roots, branch and leaves. The children enjoyed a tree hunt and explored their different leaves. The children also wrote descriptions about trees and thought their own sentences! 

Next week, we are learning about Minibeasts and their habitats!
